After copper ore go through crushing process, the size of crushed copper ores less than 3 inch will be transported into grinding mill or ball mill for grinding. The size of copper ore above 3 inch will be vibrating and recovery for the second crusher process by vibrating screen. The process will be going on until the copper ore below 3 inch. During the copper ore crushing processing, the pulverizing copper ore which isn’t used at the moment will be stockpiled into copper ore storage bin.

Vibrating feeder is the feeding machine used for transport mined or crushed copper ores into crushing machine evenly. protect the belt conveyors from damage by feeding the material onto the belt conveyors from storage hoppers, silos, surge hoppers and dumpers at a controlled rate.

Large raw copper ore are fed to the jaw crusher evenly and gradually by vibrating feeder through a hopper for primary crushing. After first crush, the material will transferred to impact crusher by belt conveyor for secondary crush; the crushed copper ore stone will then transferred to vibrating screen for separating. After separating, the parts that can meet standard will be transferred away as final products, while the other parts will be returned to impact crusher, thus forming a closed circuit.
