In talc powder production line, crushed talc is grinded into powder. Talc powder usually is 200 mesh and 325 mesh, and is used for paper making. The fine talc powder is less than 5 um, and mainly used in Coatings, paints, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, plastics and other industries. The fine talc powder is often 1250 mesh, 2500 mesh, and 7000 mesh.

LM series vertical mill for fine talc powder production: The finished size can be upto 0.038 mm, and the capacity range from 10 t/h to 128 t/h.
SCM series super slim mill for powder production: The fine talc powder is usually 1250 fine mesh, 2500mesh, and 7000mesh, and the capacity range between 320 kg/h to 6000kg/h.
The complete talc grinding plant includes jaw crusher, elevator, classifier, vibrating feeder, collector cloth deduster and high-pressure blower. The fine talc powder is less than 5 um, and mainly used in Films, paints, pharmaceuticals, makeup, plastics along with other sectors.

The Talc powder production line includes four process flow: crushing, grinding, calcine, storing.
Talc rocks is crushed into particles less than 30 mm by Talc crusher, Then Talc particles is fed into vertical mill or ultrafine mill for grinding into partical size by electromagnetic feeder. The Talc powder that meet the requirement of size is transported into fluidized bed furnace for burning. After calcination, the calcined Talc is grinded into the powder with 200-325 mesh by Talc mill.
