Ore Processing
Ore processing means crushing and separating ore into valuable substances or waste by any of a variety of techniques. Ore processing is also called ore dressing, mineral processing, ore concentration.
Ore minerals under different physical and chemical properties, the finely ground ore after crushing, with re-election method, flotation, magnetic separation, electrostatic separation, will be useful to separate the mineral and gangue minerals and make all kinds of symbiotic of useful minerals are separated as much as possible, remove or reduce harmful impurities, for smelting or other industrial raw materials required for the process.

1. Ore crushing
Ore crushing means that using crushing equipments crush mine stone or rock into small size. In common, ore crushing methods are crushed and broken, shatter. Crushing can be divided into three sections: primary crush, secondary crush and tertiary crush.
2. Ore grinding
Products will be broken and granularity for grinding 10~300 mm. Grinding size according to the dyed in ore mineral useful size and used for determination method. Commonly used grinding equipments are ball mill, Raymond mill, vertical mill, super thin mill, etc. Grinding operation, high energy consumption of dressing always usually about half.
3. Screening and grading.

4. Ore washing

5. Sorting operation
Mineral raw materials selected by the crush of other work backward operation, so that separation of useful minerals and gangue, or make a variety of useful minerals separate from each other. This is the main part of mineral ore processing. During sorting operation, there are following stages such as ore re-election, flotation, magnetic separation, electrostatic separation, machine selection, chemical selection and so on.
6. Recovery after ore selection.
This stage mainly includes concentrate, intermediate products, tailing dehydration, tailing piled up and wastewater treatment.
