Marble grinding mill in Malaysia

SBM Machinery offers kinds of crushing, screening, grinding equipment for marble rock grinding and sizing process to produce ground calcium carbonate for industrial use.

Grinding equipment:

According to the application, SBM Machinery offers different kinds of grinding mills for the clients. Ball mill, Raymond mill, vertical mill, trapezium mill, ultrafine mill is available.

Grinding Mill Features

1. Easy to be installed and more efficient.

2. Adopted inner Thin-Oil lubricating system, keeps main shaft bearing and beverl gear lubricated without an additional lubrication system.

3. MTW series grinding mill adopts a cambered air channel, the tangential air goes into air channel easily because there is small resistance. And the inner outlet is very good for the grinded material to spread around and avoid grinding material jammed.

When the large calcium carbonate is fed into ball mill, it will be ground and the grain size can is between 0.074mm and 0.4mm, in normal, this final calcium carbonate can not meet the required size of industries. Then the grain size will be collected can transferred to next grinding machine such like MTM trapezium mill, MTW trapezium mill. Then the grain size will meet most of the application, but for some extreme application, the grain size of 0.04mm is still larger, then our ultrafine mill will take effect. The ultrafine mill can grind the grain size into particles between 325 meshes to 2500 mesh

The final size of our grinding products:

• Ball mill:              200 mesh ~ 37 mesh
• Raymond mill:     300 mesh ~ 90 mesh
• Vertical mill:       325 mesh ~ 80 mesh
• Trapezium mill:   375 mesh ~ 100 mesh
• Ultrafine mill:      3000 mesh ~ 325 mesh

Colorless or light-colored marbles are a very pure source of calcium carbonate. Most of the ground calcium carbonate is made from marble. Finely ground marble or calcium carbonate powder is a component in PP master batches, paper, PVC compounds, Rubber, toothpaste, plastics, Leather Cloth Industry, Inks, Powder Coating & Ceramic and paints and so on.
