Kaolin processing plant

In kaolin processing plant, raw materials go through crushing, pulping, dressing, filter-pressing, drying, grinding to make kaolin powder with grain size 45 um – 2 um. Calcined kaolin clay can be up to 1250 mesh – 300 mesh. Of course, these ultrafine kaolin powder is produced by calcine, ultra-fine process by ultrafine grinding mill.
