Current recycling operations can accept rubble with relatively large pieces, with up to 2-3 feet for the longest dimension. Concrete with rebar can be recycled by most ABC recycling facilities.

The technology for processing ABC rubble (mainly crushing and screening) is well-developed and reliable, and has been in operation for many years. The key unit operations of crushing and screening may be augmented by the mixing and blending of various recycled aggregate materials.

Hydraulic Cone crusher with high efficiency and hydraulic pressure is widely used in the secondary crushing process in rubble crushing plant.

In the complete rubble crushing plant, rubbles are fed into jaw crusher by vibrating feed evenly, after primary crushed by jaw crusher, small rubbles enter into the secondary crushing process and secondary process with impact crusher and hydraulic cone crusher. Then the crushed rubbles are screened out by vibrating screen. The suitable size is used for building aggregates or concrete making. While unsuitable ones return back the crushing plant for crushing.
