Grinding mill for iron ore grinding processes
After crushing process, ore is moved to a grinder to make a powder-fine consistency. According to the size, iron powder dividing into coarse iron powder, medium iron powder, fine iron powder, very fine iron powder and ultrafine iron powder five levels. Particles which size range of 150 ~ 500m is made up of coarse iron powder, size range of 44 ~ 150m is medium iron powder, size range of 10 ~ 44m is fine iron powder, size range of 0.5 ~ 10m is very fine powder and size less than 0.5m is ultra-fine powder.

Ball mill, raymond mill and ultrafine mill are often used to grinding iron ore in grinding process.
Ball mill is widely used as grinding mill applied in mineral classification, cement, fireproof materials, glass, pottery, chemical industry and so on. There are two ways of grinding: the dry process and the wet process.
Raymond mill is used to grind iron ores into powder. The granularity of the end products can be adjusted from 30 to 325 meshes (the minimum is 600meshes).
Ultrafine mill is used for grinding all kinds of nonflammable and non-explosive minerals, such as iron ore. This ultrafine mill is characterized by high efficiency, environmental protection, high safety and the finished size can reach to d975m.
