Feldspar crushing & screening plant
Crushing and screening is the essintal process in feldspar processing plant, and is used to crush feldspar into small particles. Firstly, the feldspar raw materials will be fed into jaw crusher for coarse crushing, then it will be transferred to impact crusher or cone crusher for fineness crushing, after crushing, feldspar particles go through screening machine to sieve into different grades. The size meet the demands will be collected, the others will be sent to cone crusher for re-crushing until the size is right.
Feldspar milling plant
Feldspar milling plant is main grinding process in feldspar processing plant, and is used to produce feldspar powder. The major feldspar mill is ball mill, trapezium mill, ultrafine mill. The final grain size of the feldspar powder can reach 2500 mesh (by ultrafine grinding mill). In the milling plant, a comprehensive dust collection system will protect the local and working environments.
