Gold mining plant:
Glod ore crusher machine for processing plant
In the gold ore processing plant, the mined gold ore is crushed to maximize the surface area for gold recovery. The gold ore crushing circuit consists of primary crusher, the secondary and tertiary crushers and the conveyor, screening and so on.
Jaw crusher for gold ore crushing: Gold ore is loaded into the primary crusher for initial sizing. This heavy duty jaw crusher reduces the gold ores into 6-inch diameter pieces. Then conveyor belts take the broken gold ore to the screening plant, which runs the ore through vibrating screens to size the material. The optimum size is inch diameter pieces.
Cone crusher for gold ore mining: Oversized rock is sent via conveyor to the secondary crushers. Secondary crushing consists of three HP cone-crushing circuits.
When crushed to ¾ inch diameter or smaller, lime is added to the ore to increase the effectiveness of the process solution by raising the pH. The ore is then conveyed to the load out bin. Trucks drive under the load out bin to be filled with crushed ore for delivery to the heapleachpads.
grinding mill for gold ore milling
This fine gold crushed by gold ore crusher is recovered by passing the ore through a ball mill to reduce the particle size down to around 0.2 mm (P80 passing 212 micron). In this process the finely ground ore is mixed in tanks with certain chemicals that selectively attract the wanted particles (fine gold and sulphides).
Gold processing plant
Usually, gold is around with quartz rock. The quartz rock is crushed into smaller particles so that the nuggets of gold can be released or liberated.
Gold ore processing plant as follows:
A variety of crushing machines (jaw crusher, cone crusher and high pressure grinding roller mills)which are more effective and more efficient will be used to reduce the size of the quartz from rocks of up to 700 mm to around 4 mm.
The crushed quartz is mixed with water to form a slurry and is passed through a variety of gravity concentration machines, so that to get gold ore.Modern gravity processing utilises equipment known as jigs, centrifugal concentrators and shaking tables that use either gravity or centrifugal force to help recover about 75 per cent of the gold.
A small portion of the gold occurs as very fine particles, sometimes attached to small pieces of sulphide minerals, which are too fine to be recovered using gravity techniques.
With the utilisation of gravity, flotation and leaching, it is estimated that the process plant will recover around 95% of the gold that enters the plant.
