Raymond mill operation sequence

First of all, raymond mill operation sequence is as follows: hoist Crusher analysis machine fan host machine vibrating feeder.

Before starting raymond mill, check whether all the access door is closed tight, check whether jaw plate gap size is suitable to feed size. Adjust machine speed to make it up to approximate finished size requirements. Finally start the machine according to the order.

Shut down the raymond mill machine according to the following sequence:

1. first turn off the feeder to stop feeding
2. about one minute later, stop the host machine
3. When blowing off the residual powder then stop sub-blowers
4. the final close analysis machine. Note: when materials are up to a certain amount, first stop crusher and then stop the hoister.
5. Raymond is not allowed to free fuel, to ensure production safety when it works normal. If there is the unnormal noise, Immediately stop for inspection, troubleshooting, in order to avoid a major accident.
