- All the lubricating oil should be replaced totally after ball mill continuously working for one month.A thorough cleaning is very necessary.
- While the ball mill is operating, the lubricating oil temperature of the main bearing should not exceed 55.
- The large and small gears should work smoothly with no abnormal noise.When necessary, you should adjust the gap.
- There should be no abnormal fluctuation about the motor current.
- If anything abnormal is found, you should immediately stop the ball mill,and make a good check.
